Returns
At Peak Dinghy our aim is to ensure that you are happy with the goods you have received. If you wish to return your goods, for whatever reason, you can do so within 14 days of receipt for exchange or a full refund.
Products that have been made to order or cut to length cannot be returned, unless faulty; examples are, rope cut to length, sails, covers etc.
Goods must be returned in their original packaging and with all tags and labels still attached.
Please inform us by email or in writing, at the address on our contact us page, of your intention to return the goods. If they are damaged, please give details, otherwise you do not have to give a reason, though we welcome any feedback that helps us to improve our service to you.
The cost and liability of the returned goods lies with you and so you should ensure that they are fully insured for loss or damage in transit. However, if the goods were found to be faulty on receipt we will reimburse your carriage costs
